Bob brings a unique perspective to organizational and community transformation by combining his passion for organizational improvement with his 35 years’ experience as leader, engineer, and entrepreneur. As the founder of the consulting firms Competitive Technologies, Inc. (CTi) and Electronic Training Solutions, Inc. (ets), Bob has coached the executive leadership teams of many Fortune 500 and government organizations. In addition to several successful corporate turnarounds, his clients have received 9 Florida Sterling Awards, 4 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Awards, and one Deming Prize, Shingo Prize, and Massachusetts Quality Award. Recent publications include Six Sigma for Educators: A Guide For Achieving and Sustaining Excellence in Education (2009) and the Problem Solver – 9th Edition (2008). Bob is currently a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for the Florida Governor’s Sterling Council. He has written and spoken extensively for business groups and professional organizations on such topics as organizational performance improvement, community engagement, and the practical application of technology.
